Unwind & Unburden
Let go of the weight of your day with this unwind practice. We'll start with a gentle warm-up before building heat and fluidity with a continuous vinyasa. As we cool down, we'll focus on grounding postures and deep hip and shoulder openers to help you unburden yourself of stress and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
